For a solo founder recording multiple client calls weekly, that cap fills up faster than the "unlimited transcription" headline suggests, since transcription is unlimited but storage of the recordings and transcripts is not.

If you're manually taking notes or relying on memory after calls, Fireflies replaces that with automatic transcription and summary. It competes directly with Fathom, Otter.ai, and Grain in the notetaking space.
It doesn't replace your CRM outright, though the Business plan and up will auto-fill CRM fields from call data.
